<p>
Don't call me a "collaborator". This infamous word has become standard
in IT and, more widely, throughout the tertiary sector. This is outrageous.
I've mostly heard this buing used by fainthearted dudes, mostly
managers/CXO/big guys, but sometimes even lower end jerks. Pretty much
oval facial bone structure, fat belly, and actual tits. Neckbeards if
you're lucky. They will call you, employees, or even themeselves a
"collaborator".

Stop this. We are not collaborators. That's what you would like me to believe,
but we are actually not. You're my boss, I'm a wagie.

In my previous job, my actual employment contract referenced me as
"the collaborator" and my ex-boss as the "employer". A litteral offcial paper,
one of the most important ones. I need to share this document if I want to rent
an apartment to live. While being "the collaborator". I am extremely glad that
on my current job's employment contract, I'm being called is "the employee", my
boss being referred as "the employer". Good.
