In my previous job, my actual employment contract referenced me as "the collaborator" and my ex-boss as the "employer". A litteral offcial paper, one of the most important ones. I need to share this document if I want to rent an apartment to live. While being "the collaborator". I am extremely glad that on my current job's employment contract, I'm being called is "the employee", my boss being referred as "the employer". Good.
