+in IT and, more widely, throughout the tertiary sector. This is outrageous.
+I've mostly heard this buing used by fainthearted dudes, mostly
+managers/CXO/big guys, but sometimes even lower end jerks. Pretty much
+oval facial bone structure, fat belly, and actual tits. Neckbeards if
+you're lucky. They will call you, employees, or even themeselves a
+"collaborator".

+one of the most important ones. I need to share this document if I want to rent
+an apartment to live. While being "the collaborator". I am extremely glad that
+on my current job's employment contract, I'm being called is "the employee", my
+boss being referred as "the employer". Good.
